This site, ishaanddeepak.com, is run by Isha & Deepak, travel and lifestyle filmmakers. This page explains what information we collect when you visit, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We've tried to keep it short and in plain English.

What we collect
When you contact us. If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we receive what you give us: usually your name, email address, company or brand name, and your message. We only use it to reply to you and to work with you on the project you're asking about.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It collects things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, the website that sent you here, and your approximate location (country or city, never your exact address). This information doesn't tell us who you are.
Cookies. Google Analytics uses small files called cookies to do this. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time with the cookie button in the corner of the page. A few cookies are needed for the site to work properly and can't be switched off.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and collaboration requests.
- To understand which films and pages people enjoy, so we can make more of what works.
- To keep the site running smoothly and securely.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
A few trusted services help us run the site, and they only process your information on our behalf:
- Google Analytics – visitor statistics.
- Our website host – stores the site and keeps it online.
- Our email provider – delivers the messages you send us.
When you click through to our YouTube channel or Instagram, or watch a YouTube video embedded on this site, those platforms may collect information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or collaboration, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct it, or
- delete it.
Just email info@ishaanddeepak.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, Canada or California), you may have extra rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honour them.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we'll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
